Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability. However, the original deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date and remains non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email at sweetmagnoliasleepoverssoirees@gmail.com. If you cancel, the 50% deposit will be retained. By booking with us, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy. Pricing: Click on the package button(s) below for pricing details. Booking Policy: A minimum rental of four (4) sets are required. Additional sets are available at respective package costs. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required at the time of reservation to secure your date and services. This deposit ensures your event is added to our schedule and preparations can begin. Payment Policy: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made via CashApp or Venmo. Payment of the remaining balance is required at the time of delivery. Travel Surcharge: A travel surcharge fee applies for areas in excess of 25 miles from Middletown, Delaware (zip code 19709). The surcharge is based on the 2025 IRS standard mileage rate of $0.70/mile round trip for delivery and pick-up. Space Preparation: Please ensure the designated event space is cleared of any obstacles prior to setup. Additional Information: Guests should bring their own sleeping pillows for hygiene purposes. Decorative pillows are provided as part of the rental package.
