Our Story
As I sat on the patio sipping chamomile tea, I reflected on the joy of my daughter Gianna’s back-to-school teepee party—a dream that started with a simple idea and turned into a magical celebration. With no local rental options available, I took matters into my own hands, pouring time and creativity into gathering supplies and planning every detail, from handmade décor to a home-cooked New Orleans-inspired dinner. The result was an unforgettable evening of crafts, games, laughter, and love that lit up the faces of Gianna and her cousins and filled my heart with pride and fulfillment.
That special night sparked something deeper—a realization that every child (and adult) deserves to celebrate life’s moments in a meaningful way, without the stress of planning. Inspired to fill this gap in our community, I launched Sweet Magnolia Sleepovers and Soirées, offering beautifully curated teepee parties complete with bedding, décor, and special details. I later added adult and teen indoor gatherings and an luxury dining dome tepee outdoor experience with gourmet meal packages. What began as a personal project has grown into a heartfelt business, dedicated to creating joyful, cozy experiences for families,—one teepee at a time.
